Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential customer segments.Build and cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, vendors, and distributors.Negotiate and close deals to secure new partnerships and revenue streams.Develop and implement sales processes and methodologies to optimize performance.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.Minimum 10 years of proven experiences in business development, sales, or marketingBackground coming from fintech industry is mandatoryPrior success in generating new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets is essentialGood communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
